How can creativity, competence and productiveness strive without people, or rather, without people actively engaged in a project?There simply isnâ€™t how, and believing otherwise is a mistake virtually no company can afford to make.Thus, the next logical question is, quite naturally, what is the secret behind putting together cohesive, highly productive teams? Hundreds of thousands probably have, at some point, considered this issue – and then gotten disheartened at the inexistence of a never-failing modus operandi capable of building corporative dream teams.Indeed, there is no easy, revolutionary way to do it.Â At GVcepe, however, we face the problem under a different perspective â€“ and our approach is so unique, considering the academic institutional enviroment we are in, that it ended up defining us and shaping the way we think, work, and behave professionally. To put it simply, it became part of the core values that makes us the distinctive center of excellence we have repeatedly proven to be.
So, how is it that we turn our people into professionals of extraordinary productivity and even greater competence? We do it through a simple, four-step process:

|The ones who go through the entire process are expected to absorb and understand perfectly the exciting motives and rewards inherent of our system. Then, they become ready to replicate the model, inspiring their colleagues into those same values. Spreading the culture of excellence, dependability and competence, in the end, feeds a virtuous cycle of quality team building. Of course, the functionality of the system depends on several conditions. The model, for instance, relies heavily upon meritocracy: after all, it is impossible to align interests smoothly if hard work and dedication arenâ€™t properly rewarded. Likewise, ethics, respect and transparency are a must. Their absence turn the direct, clear linkage between good work and compensation into aÂ a more diffuse connection and it adoptsÂ an uncertain nature that eventually disappears. GVcepe’s research assistants count with a Career Development Program to help them get immersed into the labor market. We offer training on how to do cover letters, resumes and also on how to prepare for job interviews and other recruitment processes.Â Our approach focuses on providing greater interaction between our team members and industry’s professionals, leading to a very productive exchange of guidelines, information and expertise.
